SABEN X SPA NOMAD Instagram Competition

1. Eligibility:

• Open to participants aged 18 and over.
• Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

2. Entry Requirements:

• To enter, participants must:
• Sign up via the SABEN website.
• Follow@thespanomadnz and@Sabenltd on Instagram.
• Like the competition post.
• Tag a friend in the comments who they’d like to bring to the staycation (more tags equal more entries).
• For an additional entry, participants can share the post to their Instagram Stories.

3. Competition Period:

• Begins:December 3, 2024
• Ends:December 9 , 2024
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection:

• One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced onDecember 10, 2024, and notified via email within seven (7) days.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Prize Details:

• The prize includes:
• A one-night staycation for two (2) atQT Hotel.
• TwoSABEN bags (choice of Coco or Tilly).
• A luxury spa treatment for two (2) fromSpa Nomad during the stay.
• Prize redemption:
• Winners will receive a promo code to redeem the prize or can book directly.
• Travel/flight costs are not included.
• The voucher/prize is valid until31 January 2025, subject to availability. Prize arrangements to be coordinated withSpa Nomad.

6. General Terms:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services/products.
• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from SABEN and Spa Nomad.
• This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
• SABEN and Spa Nomad reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time for any reason.
• Open to residents of New Zealand only.

7. Personal Data:

• Personal information collected will be used solely for administering the competition.
• Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
