1. Promoter
•    The promoter of this competition is SABEN

2. Eligibility
•    Entry is open to residents of New Zealand with a valid New Zealand shipping address.
•    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
•    Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
•    The competition opens on 11th October 2025 at 6:00am NZT and closes on 11th October 2025 at 6pm NZT.
•    Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter
•    To enter, individuals must sign up on the https://www.saben.co.nz/pages/workroom-sale-competition
•    One entry per email address
•    Incomplete, late or illegible entries will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details
•    A total of 5 winners will each receive one SABEN gift card valued at $100.
•    Winners will be emailed with the gift card. The gift card will be emailed to them with the email they entered the competition with.
•    Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
•    SABEN gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of it being sent.


6. Winner Selection & Notification
•    Winners will be chosen at random using an online random name picker on Monday 13th October.
•    Winners will be contacted via email within 3 business days of the draw.
•    Winners must respond within 7 days of being notified. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Prize Delivery
•    Gift Cards will be emailed to the winners.

8. Privacy
•    By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information by the promoter for the purpose of running the competition and for receiving marketing communications.
•    Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

•    The promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms.
•    The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
•    To the extent permitted by law, the promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering or accepting the prize.
