Returns & Exchanges

• We hope that you love your new SABEN piece and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order or a portion of it, please notify us + return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.
• Returns not sent in their original condition, without a proof of purchase, or past 14 days will be accepted at our discretion only.

To care for your recycled nylon bag, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap for stubborn marks. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials. Allow to air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight. For sustainable long-term care, let your bag air out after each use and consider professional eco-friendly dry cleaning to preserve its characteristics and reduce microfibre shedding.
