Loving my new bag! I don't often treat myself, but I needed something to carry everything for work, and this is perfect. It fits everything I need with ease, and it's practical and gorgeous all in one.

I have been looking at this for a while now and it is perfect! I love that you can change the look as well with the domestic on the edge.

I saw this bag on a lady at work and the staff and I adored it. Went home and that night I ordered it. This is my 8th piece of Saben and I love each and everyone. I bought it with some money my mother left me, so we can go on outings together. Thanks you lovely Saben ladies

I purchased this bag specifically as a Mother’s Day gift for my mother, as she travels frequently and I thought a small bag would be perfect for her. I believed I was purchasing a brand-new bag, however I instead received what appeared to be a used display bag, with someone’s glasses left inside the pocket.

When I contacted customer service, I was told, “Oh, a customer must have left it in the bag,” which I found very disappointing and unprofessional. I then contacted the Newmarket store to arrange an exchange for a new bag, only to later discover that there was no stock available and that the bag I had purchased was in fact the display bag.

What is most disappointing is that nobody contacted me beforehand to advise that stock was low or that the item being sold was a display bag. Had I been informed, I would have requested a refund instead of proceeding with the purchase.

I am disappointed with the level of customer service. It has left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Good for work/daily use

Bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. She was over the moon when she received it. The quality and workmanship is second to none, and I would highly recommended your products to others.

I just love, love, love this tote. It holds so much and isn’t big and bulky. I get my lunch, drink bottle and all necessities in it and my book and iPad fit safely in the side pockets. Also pockets inside for glasses and phone. My Blunt umbrella even fits snuggly on the top when zipped up. I get so many compliments ❤️

Lovely bag. Practical and versatile for work and play!! Love it and received lots of comments. I also like the options to close the bag and gives a lovely shape to the bag.

I bought the beige shade of this lovely bag (it’s called tea I think ) absolutely love everything about this. Great for commute in unpredictable weather conditions. Also as usual excellent quality make. One of my favourite Saben bags.

Beautiful bag, exactly as I expected it to be! Excellent quality leather, sturdy and the bag fits everything I need! Handy inside pocket for phone and keys. Delivery was quick and it was packaged beautifully including a protective bag.

This bag is so great. Nice & light, but still with lots of compartments & spots for things. Great fabric that's up for travel & being thrown in the car & just a great size that it fits lots but you can't load up so it breaks your neck. Plus the double straps not only look great but are functional. I truly love it!

Just arrived back from Adelaide after using this tote on the plane … it was fabulous to store all my earphones, passports, ipad and everything else! Very handy with the outside pockets, it looks so stylish! Very happy with my purchase🙌 Love the chain straps 10/10! ❤️

Perfect travel bag to accomodate everything you need, especially for a long haul flight. Light weight & dark colour, to minimise dirt/stains that can easily happen at airports/ubers/hotel floors when checking in.

Bag was packaged really well for protection during shipping. Was presented in a dust cover and the materials and finish are excellent. High quality tote that I’m sure will last for many years. Great value for money.

Gorgeous bag but a bit too small for a work bag which is disappointing. Does not fit laptop comfortably.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It's just the right size for me. Not oversized and easy to carry around.

I bought my Paris tote while on holiday in Auckland but didn't use it until I returned home to the UK. Since I've used it I have had plenty of compliments and queries as to where I bought it. I can carry my tablet in one of the external compartments. The pockets in the roomy centre zippered compartment are large enough to hold a phone and glasses case and the additional zippered pocket is ideal for keeping cash and cards secure . The outer material stands up to the rain. My only wish would have been a side pocket to hold a fold up umbrella, and that would have made it 5 star for me. I will definitely be using my bag a lot and each time it will remind me of our time in New Zealand.

I just wanted a light super casual day to day hand bag. Perfect for all the travel I do with the zip at the top . And sore. Light being made of nylon as my bag is full to the brim and heavy with contents. A leather bag is too heavy to carry . Do happy with this . Has replaced my longchamp nylon as this is much better quality .
