We hope that you love your new Saben piece and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order or a portion of it, please notify us + return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.
Returns not sent in their original condition, without a proof of purchase, or past 14 days will be accepted at our discretion only.
Your SABEN luggage is protected by a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. To claim under warranty, you will need to bring this product to the store of purchase along with proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by you in bringing this product to the service desk will be borne by you. We will then at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.
The 5 Year Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable use, improper handling or damage caused by a airline or travel carrier or loss of use consequential
damages.
It does not cover repairs attempted by unauthorised persons. If an airline or travel carrier damages your product contact them immediately to file a claim.

Love my new Saben suitcase. Looks so chic but functionally is equally as impressive. Just over 4kgs, so light but strong.
Packing everything I need for at least 3 months was a breeze... and the rose gold wheels made my case easy to spot on the luggage claim. But my favorite... being reminded how lucky I am every time I open it!
